When To Tell ? - How Can You tell If It`s te Right Person

 How can you tell if what a person is saying to you is actually the truth ? I met this lady 41 years of age  , I am 35 by the way . any way as to how we met , well of course it was online. We have so far ; Chatted , Exchanged Webcam shots of oneanother , and she is yet to send me a photo of herself so far it`s only been with the webcam , every time I ask her about it she thikns of an excuse , so , I am wondering could this be a guy well the one on the webcam surely was not thats for sure . anyway she tells me she will get some made up soon ok . ok worst case scenerio , a few days ago out of the blue this other person IM`s Me gets very nasty and tells me to leave his girl alone . He wqent on to say that they we`re to be married in a while , truth is they have not even met yet either , or have they , I wonder ? anyway he goes on to say that they are moving in together in 2 months , and he suposedly purposed to her online , She tells me that he mentioned coming up , Oakloahoma to get her and take her back down to Texas Dallas where he is suppose to be from , weird situation if you ask me thats for sure . anyway , I have repeatedly tried to call her sometimes she will awnser the phone other times she won`t  , could they be chatting and making plans without my even knowing it , am I a fool or what ? I have asked her and all she tells me is that she needs time to think , huh about what , I wonder ? I have tried to be more then patient and understanding about this supposedly situation , now , I don`t know what to believe or not believe anymore , any suggestions ? She has not even met the guy and he purposed online to her without even having met her in person first , this is too weird even for me to believe . All , I ever wanted was a chance to make her happy , and to be a part of her life , whats going on here exactally ? she appeared to be honest although , I must confess , She has only called me once , and never email me though , I have sent her many myself . Whats wrong with this picture ? am , I am idiot or what ? Could she be married or otherwise involved ? I feel like such a fool . We had it all supposedly planned out , She was to be comming here then she changes her mind again and again and then out of the blue he appears , This is mixed messages if , I have ever gotten them before . She sometimes awnsers he IMs other times there is dead air , she always tells me her computer is freezesp , oh really , I wonder if she is only telling me half truths or half the story  ?

A home address?
Place of employment?
Anyone that is worth meeting will be willing to share
these facts with you.
Unfortunately you can't be too skeptical when it comes
to talking to someone that you haven't met in person.
If she is worth your time she will be willing to let you know
all there is to know about herself.

even when they are open and "honest" with u about who they are an all it can still b all lies.  a totally made up persona for their entertainment an ur emotional sufferin.  i know from experiance of 3 yrs of false hopes an empty promises from 1 such "honest, truthfull, open" person.  which some of what he told me i could verify but most i couldn't.
